The NSW Government will fund the Safer Drivers Course for current Health Care and Pensioner Concession card holders who are under the age of 25. 

To be eligible for the Free Safer Drivers Course, you will need to make sure that you have the required documents and complete the steps below. 

 

• Hold a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession card, which has been issued in your name

  • Make sure that you currently receive Centrelink benefits

  • A current Health Care Card and/or Pensioner Concession Card, which has been issued by the Department of Human Services

• Complete the Safer Driver Course application form 

• Send it in to wicked driving email, with the following:

  • A scan or photo of the completed RMS form

  • A photo of both the front and back of your current NSW Learner Licence

  • A photo of both the front and back of your Health Care Card and/or Pensioner Concession Card
